The FastGene^® Electronic Pipette is a Japanese masterpiece. The precision achieved by our pipettes is astonishing. With the FG-EP10 the accuracy at 1 µl is 4% meaning that if you pipette 1 µl you will get a variance of ±0.04 µl, giving you the perfect volume control and this every single time you activate the pipette.

Easy to use

The FastGene^® Electronic Pipette comes with an easy to read display containing all the information, such as pipetting mode, volume remained in the tip, blowout function, intensity of the aspiration and dispensing and the battery status. The setting up of the FastGene^® Electronic Pipette is very easy and straight forward, so that the user will be an expert in no time.

Programable

Program the FastGene^® Electronic Pipette with your favorite settings, such as pipetting mode, aspiration/dispensing intensity, volume, etc.. The FastGene^® Electronic Pipette comes with a program storage for up to 9 programs, so that each user can have its own program.

Calibration – easy and quick

The FastGene^® Electronic Pipette is calibratable by the user. Even more, the user can calibrate to liquid volumes or to a weight unit, useful for liquids with solids or powders diluted in them, making difficult density calculation unnecessary.

Battery

The FastGene^® Electronic Pipette comes with a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery with 920 mAh. This battery is enough for 1800 pipetting cycles, giving you the autonomy of working wherever you need it.

Everything you need

The FastGene^® Electronic Pipette comes with three pipetting modes:

• Standard mode (Auto): similar to a manual pipette. Additionally, the blowout function can be activated enabling an additional dispensing step if some liquid remained in the pipette tip.
• Multiple Dispensing mode (MD): used for accurate dispensing of a same, predefined volume. This mode is very useful to dispense a liquid across a 96 or 384 well plate. The liquid of interest is aspirated once and dispensed multiple times. The volume remained in the pipette-tip is shown in the display.
• Resuspension mode (MIX): program to mix liquids by resuspending the liquid a determined amount of times. The resuspension is very uniformly. The aspiration and dispensation intensity can be adjusted to avoid spillings, etc..
• Reverse operation: specially designed for very viscous liquids. The tendency of viscous liquids to remain in pipette tips is avoided by aspirating a large volume of the liquid and then dispensing it very gently. The additional remaining liquid is dispensed by a blowout function.
